OPERATION: RUTHLESS is motion picture entertainment created by 3rd Coast
Film Partners, LLC in association with Collective Development, Inc. The
project is intended to be a feature film written by Tom Norton and produced
by Tom Norton and DJ Perry.
OPERATION: RUTHLESS tells the story a five brave men who
embark on a suicide mission in order to gain the one thing every man prizes:
his freedom.
With the camaraderie of the “Guns of Navarone” and the excitement of WWII
action comes this feature film to take robust advantage of the Michigan film
incentive program. Operation Ruthless does all of this with creators highly
experienced in profitable feature film making and in the production of
quality entertainment.
